Operation & Admin Manager (OAM)
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Kelapa Gading
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with government authorities & ensure compliance of local statutory & regulatory requirement.
- Oversee and monitor overall operations performance of customer service, logistic and inventory management to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the department’s operations.
- To develop and effectively implement all operations initiatives and strategies. Manage and enhance overall company customer service performance to achieve its business goals.
- Branch set up, spot audit and formulates customer service strategies.
- Problem solving on any matter related to branch, staff motivation, counseling and recruitment.
- To direct inventory and distribution activities and maintain excellent housekeeping of the warehouse.
- To ensure the inventory and assets of the company are being maintained safely and verify daily inventory in/out transaction so as to achieve reasonable inventory level.
- To ensure that the product are delivered to branches and customers timely and accurately.
- To monitor stock aging including BV and Non BV Product.
- Promote safety, security and good housekeeping daily.
- Yearly stock take preparation.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Will be responsible for establishing and running daily operations in all branches in Indonesia i.e. Daily work process, inventory, procurement, hiring, administrations, compensations & Benefit, etc.
Requirements:
- Male
- Age 30-36 years old
- At least Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience at Managerial level.
- Experience in dealing with government authorities.
- Able to speak & write fluently in Indonesia and English Language.
- Willing to travel within Indonesia and also to Malaysia
